Ronica Perez, of Tinley Park, received the Master of Science in Acupuncture degree from the College of Professional Studies at National University of Health Sciences during commencement ceremonies held in Lombard on Dec. 15.

While completing the Master of Science in Acupuncture degree at NUHS, Perez also served a one-year clinical internship with a special focus on integrative medicine. Before entering the Master of Science in Acupuncture program at NUHS, Perez completed an undergraduate degree at University of Illinois at Chicago.
