Snow projected to hit the area Tuesday afternoon has forced several local schools and school districts to cancel after-school actitives. 

Tinley Park High School have canceled all after-school sports and activities for the day, except for varsity basketball, which will practice as scheduled. All after-school events at Oak Forest High School, and all other D228 schools, have been canceled, except for sporting events, according to the D228 website.

Events at St. Damian School will take place as scheduled.

Arbor Park Middle School's basketball game is still taking place, however all other after school activities have been canceled.

Kirby School District 140 has canceled all after school sports and activities for the day.

Central Middle School has canceled all after school activities as well.

All events at Andrew High School are now canceled, as posted on the school's website.
