Mobbed: Water Park Swimmers Get Surprise 'Flashing'
A mob of kids, camp counselors and parents swarmed White Water Canyon Water Park last week for a surprise flash mob.
More than 100 area kids gave unsuspecting swimmers and sunbathers a dance-filled surprise last week when they descended on White Water Canyon Water Park to participated in a flash mob.
"We just got a flashing!" Plainfield resident and sunbather Kelli Amanto, 31, said with a laugh. "I had no idea what was going on."
Many of those participating in the July 10 soiree were from dance teams at Andrew High School, coordinators said. Others included Tinley Park-Park District campers and counselors, as well as random residents.
