At around 10 p.m., officers stopped two vehicles on 191st Street driving away from a warehouse in the 18800 block of Oak Park Avenue after receiving a call from that location about a shooting, the report stated. Once the vehicles were stopped, police were informed about an earlier shooting near Always Open, which is at the corner of 183rd and Oak Park Avenue, the report continued.

Shell casings were found at the shooting scene, and officers discovered a .25-caliber handgun in one of the stopped vehicles, according to the report, which did not indicate whether the casings were of the same caliber as the weapon.

The report did not indicate a reason for the shooting.
