No brainer. The house in Evergreen Park has so much charm and character. The one in Oak Lawn is just another track home. Blech.

I'm sorry - but an avocado fridge for $275K in this economy, really? How much could a matching cheap black fridge possibly cost?
I LOVE the idea of ranch living, but the front is all garage. The Evergreen Pk. home looks so much more updated & I love the wooden floors in the living room. I'd go with the EP home.

TK, have you looked at appliances recently? I did earlier this year when my fridge broke down. The cheapest ones for a regular size space start at about $500.
