Overeaters Anonymous (O.A.) is a12 Step program designed to to help anyone with a problem with food. It is often said at meetings that "it's not what I'm eating it's whats eating me." Through working the 12 Steps there can be freedom from food obsession. There are no weigh ins and there is no cost to attend, all meetings are confidential. Enter side door off parking lot.

More About St. John's United Church of Christ
St. John's is one of Mokena's oldest churches, with a building dating back to 1922 and a congregation dating back to the days of the Civil War. It currently has two Sunday worship times, a traditional service at 8am and a family service at 9:30am. The congregation is quite active and involved in mission trips, children's and youth ministries, Bible study groups and music programs. Nearby is the Christian Community Center, where some services and sports activities meet. The church also houses a preschool.
