Roberta "Bobbie" Noonan started her first childcare business in the 1970s and has since expanded the chain throughout Illinois and into Florida. The site is equipped with multiple classrooms as well as an expansive, fenced-in outdoor play area complete with jungle gym, picnic tables and open fields for play.
