The weekend of events continues through the Parade of Lights at 5 p.m. Sunday, December 4, including photos with Santa, carriage and carnival rides, Tinley's Toyland Parade, and the popular Holiday Market. The Oak Park Avenue Train Station is a Metra commuter rail station located on South Street in Tinley Park. The Metra is the commuter rail division of the Illinois Regional Transportation Authority, with 240 stations on 11 different rail lines, including the Rock Island Line at the Oak Park Station. The location has two tracks and two side platforms and offers more than 500 parking spaces for riders. The station also has an indoor/outdoor café that includes custom furnishings and Internet jacks for laptop computers.
