U.S. Navy Finishes Training Drills at Closed Mental Health Center
Starting Monday, the second go-around of federal training drills—this time, involving the U.S. Navy—finishes this week on the grounds of the closed Tinley Park Mental Health Center.

Early Bird Flick—Impossible: The Tinley Park Public Library continues its film series. This week's features stars Naomi Watts and Ewan McGregor in the story of a family caught in the horror of a tsunami. Showtimes are 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the library.

Concerts In The Park—Scribble Monster: The Tinley Park-Park District's concert series continues with this award-winning musical group that blends traditional children's music, improvisational comedy and power pop to concerts. The show is at 7 p.m. at the eastside Concert Shell of the Tony Bettenhausen Recreation Center.
