It is common knowledge that a healthy employee minimizes employer healthcare and administrative costs. Healthy employees are more productive and stay with employers longer, reducing turnover and associated costs. A reliable way to help employees stay healthy is through company-sponsored wellness initiatives. This workshop will address the “why and how” of organizing a strategic wellness program in your company. Focusing on best practices, topics will include creating an operating plan, choosing appropriate initiatives and achieving buy-in from administration and employees. You and your employees are worth this investment.
