BREAKFAST WITH BCI WORKSHOP SERIES: “INCORPORATING EMPLOYEE WELLNESS INTO YOUR BUSINESS”

Oak Forest, IL– The South Suburban College Business & Career Institute (BCI) presents a Breakfast with BCI Workshop titled “Incorporating Employee Wellness into Your Business,” facilitated by Alexandra Glumac, MS, NCC, LCPC, RDDP, CWA.

Client Solutions Specialist, Business & Career Institute.  This event will take place at the South Suburban College Heritage Room (1st floor), on Thursday, February 6th from 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., with a check-in time of 8:15 a.m.

It is common knowledge that a healthy employee minimizes employer healthcare and administrative costs. Healthy employees are more productive and stay with employers longer, reducing turnover and associated costs. A reliable way to help employees stay healthy is through company-sponsored wellness initiatives. This workshop will address the “why and how” of organizing a strategic wellness program in your company. Focusing on best practices, topics will include creating an operating plan, choosing appropriate initiatives and achieving buy-in from administration and employees. You and your employees are worth this investment.
