Tinley Park High School celebrated Homecoming Week September 16-21. This year’s theme was “Glow in the Dark.” Students celebrated by decorating the hallways, participating in various theme days and walking in a neighborhood parade. On Friday, the entire student body gathered in the gymnasium for a spirit assembly that included the introduction of the Homecoming court members and the athletes on the football team. There were performances by the Poms team, cheerleaders and “guy poms.” There were also class competitions including the tug-o-war and pyramids. Homecoming Court included underclassmen Sam Geraci, Brandon Boyce, Jesse Wilson, Brianna Galvan and Prince and Princess Zak Fitzgibbons and Kerri Fitzgibbons. Upperclassmen included Dan DaLuga, Melissa Marban, Joey Jankun, Keishiana Daughtry, and King and Queen, Don Brown and Sarah Gill.
