Trinity Lutheran Family Night of Service

Trinity Lutheran Church & School families came together for a "Family Night of Service". Families worked together on many different projects to benefit those in our community. "Phil's Friends", an organization which provides care packages for cancer patients, was one of the recipients. Families brought in fleece to make tie blankets for their care packages. Greeting cards were made and the actual boxes for the care packages were decorated by children. Families also decorated pots and planted flowers to give to someone who may need encouragement. Families were encouraged to continue create a "wave" of service to create a "ripple" effect throughout the community.
