Get Revved for Cruise Nights With This Mob-Themed Hot-Rod Lincoln
Bill Kuhn found his 1968 Lincoln Continental in a barn in Indiana, then fixed it up, old-time gangster style with a (toy) Tommy gun installed in the trunk.
Although Downtown Tinley Cruise Nights don't begin until Tuesday, the 15th annual Bettenhausen Auto Car Show on Saturday, June 1, offered a bit of a daylight preview for the village's annual summer event.
The show featured a variety of classic cars, as well as customized hot rods, such as Bill Kuhn's 1968 Lincoln Continental. The Monee resident found this car in a barn in Hobart, IN, and created a mobster theme around it when he fixed it up. That includes a toy Tommy gun in the trunk.
