Happy Halloween! Here's the Skinny on Tonight's Trick-or-Treating
Information about tonight's trick-or-treat hours, a few safety tips and a reminder to submit your photos to our costume challenge before it's too late.

All the slaving over costumes, stocking up on Kit-Kats, baking pumpkin seeds and perfecting Jack-o-lanterns is about to be over—until next year, that is.
And tonight, kids will hit the streets to do what they've been looking forward to for weeks—trick-or-treat. Be sure to send your little ghouls and goblins out within the 's set trick-or-treat hours of 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Oh, and here are a few safety tips to remind your kids to follow:
- Don't talk to strangers.
- Stay in well-lighted areas.
- Never go out alone.
- Carry a flashlight.
- Trick-or-treat in your neighborhood.
- Go only to houses you know.
- Have your parents check your treats when you get home.
- Wear white or reflective clothing.
- Younger children should be accompanied by an adult.
- Parents should set a time limit for children to trick-or-treat.
- Never enter a strange house or car.
