Hi, folks. Are you one of the 15,000 spectators anticipated to line Oak Park Avenue today for the Irish Parade?

If so, be on the lookout for Patch marching in the parade. I included a picture of us above from Saturday's Oak Forest Fleadghah (or however it's spelled) so you know who to look for.

Why should I look for you?

Well, besides the fact we're awesome and besides the fact we've got more candy than an embezzling Oompa Loompa, we're also giving out numbers.

Check back with our photo gallery of the parade on Monday and see if your number won you a gift card for $20 of gasoline. That's right, gas in your car courtesy of Patch.

On Friday, we're going to randomly select one of the names of people who added their photos or videos of the parade to our Tinley Park Irish Parade gallery over the week. And they get a gift card too. You can't win if you don't share your pictures, so get snapping.

When and where is the parade?

The parade kicks off at 2 p.m. today at , then heads north along Oak Park Avenue to 172nd Street. Big crowds are expected, so get there early!
