Winning Lottery Ticket Sold in Tinley! Are You $29.5 Million Richer?

Someone in the Southland has hit the jackpot. Check your tickets.

You may have $29.5 million sitting in your wallet and not even know it.

A winning lotto ticket was sold yesterday at the Speedway gas station at 183rd and Harlem Avenue in Tinley Park, according to a news release sent from the Illinois Lottery. The winner had not yet come forward as of about 1 p.m.

Did you buy a ticket Wednesday at that gas station? It could be YOU. You'd better check those digits. Here goes …

The winning numbers are 4, 19, 30, 33, 51 and 52 and the golden ticket matches all six numbers. The Speedway will get $295,000 as a bonus—1 percent of the full $29.5 million jackpot—for selling the ticket, said the release.

This mystery winner isn't the first in the area.

An Oswego woman, who is the latest winner of the Cash for Life instant ticket game, is now receiving $1,000 a week until she dies. Meanwhile, a $1 million Powerball ticket was sold in Homer Glen; two Mega Millions tickets worth $250,000 each were sold in Bloomingdale and Carol Stream; and stores in Glendale Heights, Aurora and Elgin all sold six-figure Little Lotto tickets.

Are you kicking yourself? Me too.
