Local Bartenders Compete to Benefit Feeding America

Come to T.G.I. Friday's and watch bartenders showcasetheir knowledge and accuracy of bartending through freestyle flair skills. T.G.I. Friday’s bartenders from the area will practice in their quest for the title of “2011 T.G.I. Friday’s Greatest Bartender in the World.” Most contestants from the competition will compete on 10/18 at the Aurora Friday’s location in the regionals competition where the winner will move onto the divisional level later this year.

A portion of proceeds from the event benefit Feeding America, the nation's leading domestic hunger-relief charity and Friday’s brand charity of choice.  Feeding America feeds America’s hungry through a nationwide network of member food banks who supply food to more than 37 million people each year, including 14 million children and 3 million seniors.
