Baird & Warner has huge year in Tinley Park

Outperforming the Tinley Park market by 55 percent, Baird & Warner's Orland Park office posted a huge year in 2012.

Orland Park, IL - Baird & Warner Orland Park sold over $158,000,000 worth of Real Estate in 2012, up 45 percent over 2011.

More notably, Baird & Warner Orland Park outperformed the market by 55 percent as Baird & Warner was up 84 percent in year over year Tinley Park sales. Total sales in Tinley Park are up 30 percent in units sold versus 2011.

In Tinley Park alone, Baird & Warner boasted a five percent volume share of the market which improved over two percent from 2011.

“2012 showed that our office is well ahead of the pace of the market,” said Gailene Cowger, managing broker of Baird & Warner Orland Park. “With the continuing strengthening of the Real Estate market, we expect to have even more success in 2013.”

The top three office sales associates for 2012 transactions specifically in Tinley Park were Joyce Adair, Tom Lemmenes, Susan Jenner and Marlene O’Neill. Additional sales associates with at least $400,000 in 2012 Tinley Park volume included Pat Wyrick, John Schober, Janet Rea, Maryanne Schultz, Louise O’Connor, Patrick Zomparelli and Karen Foster.

Leading the Baird & Warner Orland Park office sales associates in all 2012 area sales were Susan Jenner, Tom Lemmenes, Maryanne Schultz and Louise O’Connor.

In another sign of an improving Real Estate market there was a 27 percent improvement in Tinley Park total volume versus 2011.

In November the Chicago Tribune announced that Baird & Warner was named the 3rd best place to work in the Chicagoland area.
