Call Center Needs a Supervisor

CoreSource is looking for someone to effectively manage a -based customer service call center of about 20 staff members. The employee will be responsible for hosting select staff meetings and for monitoring "high risk" calls, according to the job posting. Candidates should be customer focused and have excellent communication skills. They should also have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years in a call center environment.

An Orland Park company needs an assistant to help creating seminars and with data entry, proofreading and filing. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to operate Macintosh computers. The pay rate ranges from $10 to $15 per hour.

Massage Envy in Orland Park is looking for a sales associate to provide excellent customer service to guests and maintain a professional front desk. Someone with customer service and sales experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will also be able to "work cohesively with others in a fun and fast paced environment," the job listing said. The position comes with an hourly wage, commission and bonuses. Medical, dental and 401K benefits may be offered.

The Tinley Park campus of the needs someone to recruit qualified applicants to the school. The assistant director of admissions will be responsible for generating interest in the school's programs.
