We've hunted down five joints where you can Bear down today without breaking the bank.

"Will the Bears swat down the Vikings tonight?" A question of greater importance may be, "Where can I gnosh on wings and a free halftime buffet while downing beer specials?"

Belly up to the bar at during Sunday's Vikings-Bears face-off and you'll enjoy free appetizers. The various snacks are served before the game, during half-time and even after the game. What's not to love?

Cheap Drafts at

Gameday at Teehan's on Oak Park Avenue comes with domestic drafts — Budweiser and Miller products — for just $1 each. If you need a little hair of the dog, try a bloody Mary for $5. Although Teehan's doesn't serve food, it does allow bar patrons to order from anywhere they want. Teaming up with a couple others who are watching the game could be a good way not only to save a few bucks, but make a couple of new friends, too.

Half Off Apps and Cheap Brews at

If you choose Charleyhorse for your Sunday fun day, you'll be able to get your football fix by watching any of five big screen TVs located in the bar area. The spacious 171st Street bar-restaurant also offers half off appetizers all day Sunday. Bottles of domestic beers including Budweiser, Miller and Coors products will set you back just $1.50. Domestic pitchers of beer will cost ya $6 and bloody Marys will be available for just $4.50.

At , You Can Get a Can

Miller Lite, football-themed cans of beer—they're the size of a pint glass—will be served at this Oak Park Avenue local bar for $3 a piece Sunday. There will also be free half-time grub for all and pizzas will be 50 percent off.

$25 For Food and Booze at

If you choose to make your gameday hot spot, you'll be cashing in—big time. A $25 fee will allow you to start your night off with nachos and pizza. Also included is your choice of four dinners—chicken, shrimp, hot wings or ribs—and all your drinks during the four quarters in which the Bears are (hopefully) kickin' some Vikings butt.
