Premier Princess Parties: This party planner based in Palatine is expanding and looking to hire performers to portray Disney-based characters for the princess parties it organizes. Some of the qualifications candidates should have include:

  • strongly resemble a Disney princess, prince or pirate
  • work experience with kids
  • know how to do own hair and makeup
  • access to a vehicle
  • a positive attitude
  • weekend availability

  • the ability to do face-painting
  • knowing fun traits like balloon twisting
  • being acrobatic or trained in karate or other martial arts (adding on super hero characters in the near future)

WANTED: Office support associates (part-time)
Firefly Legal: This process-serving company is looking for employees to provide part-time support in its Mokena office. Hours are flexible hours, with morning, late afternoon and night shifts available. Duties include data entry, file scanning, document preparation and updating clients' case files. The job requires occasional driving and back-up court filing. A bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal or legal field experience is a plus but not required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, high attention to detail, ability to work well in a team, willingness to take on new responsibilities and ability to learn and use new technology.
