Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, operating a multiline phone system and help the purchasing department. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least two years of related experience. The Tile Shop: The flooring store is looking for someone to input data, prepare packing and shipping documents and set up shipments. Carmax: THe car dealership is looking for someone to do vehicle appraisals, coordinate on-site auctions and go to regional auctions. The position is responsible for buying $8 to $10 million annually. Candidates should have three or more years of retail management, hotel/restaurant management or outside/territory sales experience. They also should have an ownership mentality, competitive spirit, high energy, attention to detail, strong leadership and analytical and customer service skills.
