Job Hunters: Who's Hiring in Tinley Park and Oak Forest? (Sept. 11)

The Village of Tinley Park needs a facilities foreman, and dental office is seeking an assistant. Plus, openings for auto sales reps and warehouse workers.

Finding a job can be a tough task. Putting together a résumé, hitting the streets looking for “Help Wanted” signs and making the best impression on potential employers can be a tall order for anyone. WANTED: Facilities foreman
Village of Tinley Park: 
The village's Public Works Department needs a foreman to manage employees dealing with the construction and maintainence of municipal grounds. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, two-years' experience in a related field and experience in general labor and/or maintanence work. The deadline to apply is 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13. WANTED: Warehouse crew/delivery person

Lance Inc. (Tinley Park): The snack company is looking for someone to work in its warehouse and make deliveries. Candidates must have a high school diploma, GED or one to three months of related experience in a related field. They also must have a valid Class D driver's license and be able to qualify for fork lift licenses. The position does require lifting and moving objects from about 35 pounds to 100 pounds. Legendary Banking (Oak Forest): The bank is looking for someone to help in employee recruitment and payroll duties.
