Lets see here, $550,000 for a 2800 sq ft ranch home in Mokena was built in 2005 and never lived in.....Wonder why, even when the market was in good shape it wasn't worth that much. Get real!!! That house is worth about $260,000 now, and then deal with your $10K a year tax bill.... No Thanks!
