Just make sure your not driving in the vicinity of these "gin mills" after the game, nice job of promoting drunken driving by advertising alcohol and promoting it, but then again you will have something to write about.

I dont think the writer is advertising to everyone on where to go and get drunk. Being sober while driving is everyones responsibility. There have been many advertisments on where to go for Super Bowl Sunday. Blaming the writer is not right.

I don't think they're necessarily promoting drunken driving. Just because somebody wants to go to a bar to see the game doesn't mean they have to get gassed, although I'm sure a lot will. Personally, I'll either be in the garage with the heat cranked up or at the neighbors house. Either way, the car stays in the driveway.

Hi, Harry. I don't believe that by publicizing local bar specials, we are promoting drunken driving. We are providing interesting, relevant information about local businesses. We do not advise that people drink and drive, and nowhere does our article state that. We appreciate your feedback. We hope our readers drink responsibly. Lauren Traut, Associate Regional Editor
