Substitute Teach

District 146 is accepting applications for substitute teachers. Visit the District office at 6611 W. 171st St., Tinley Park, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. to pick up a sub application packet. The packet includes the application form, a list of documents which you will have to provide, and all of the employment forms you will have to complete such as tax forms, TRS forms, etc. If you prefer, you can also complete this online application but you will still have to fill out the employment forms.
