Happy Boss’s Day!

Once in a blue moon a truly wonderful leader enters your life. One that is smart, energetic, kind, sincere and simply awesome. We, at Community Consolidated School District 146 have just that.  We are lucky, dare I say blessed, to have Dr. Jeff Stawick. He is all of these adjectives and so many other good ones.

Dr. Stawick is a true leader in the best sense. He is never unkind, never brash and always makes time for those around him. His drive and passion for success are infectious.  The morale at D146 is overwhelmingly positive. He truly leads by example, which is something that is a rare quality out there. You read about it, but it truly rarely happens. 

Every day here at D146 is pleasant. The employees want to be here. They want to do their jobs for the community. I have, personally, never actually worked for a boss that had all of the qualities that I read a good boss is supposed to have. Well, not until I started working for Dr. Stawick.

I know that I speak for the entire district when I say that today, on National Boss’s Day, let everyone out there know that we, here at D146, have the BEST boss possible!
