School District 146's Memorial School Holds Food Drive

School District 146's Memorial School, in Tinley Park, held a food drive recently from the staff for the Greater Chicago Food Depository.

Kudos to School District 146’s Memorial School staff who recently held a virtual food drive benefitting the Greater Chicago Food Depository. The staff wanted a way to give back to the community. They raised $399.54 worth of food. This will help many families to have food on their tables this holiday season.

The food drive ran for one week - from November 20th through the 27th. Principal, Mr. Mike Donovan, reflected, “Since I have been at this school, the Memorial staff has impressed me with their heart for helping.”

This is a very kind deed that should not go unnoticed!  Way to go, Memorial!!
