It's Not a Pain in the Back: Nominate Your Favorite Chiropractor

When your body needs realigning, who do you call? We need YOUR suggestions for the most-loved chiropractors in Tinley Park. They'll go head-to-head in a poll contest that will kick off in July.

It happens to all of us—there's that kink in your back you just can't get out on your own.

Maybe it translates to lower back pain or an abnormal gait. Whatever the problem, seeing a chiropractor is sometimes a necessary step in fixing it. So when you feel the pinch, where in  do you go? Nominate your favorite local chiropractor, who will face off in a Readers' Choice contest for the most-loved one in Tinley.

While you're at it, give a shout out to your chosen doc in our Patch business directory. Think of your recommendation as a public service, telling residents the best places to go in Tinley Park.

Nominate your choice in the comments section below. Here are a few suggestions; however, they STILL MUST BE NOMINATED to be included in the poll! As chiropractors are nominated, they'll be added to the list and bolded.

We will accept nominations through July 9.

Which chiropractor do you trust to straighten you out? Tell us in the comments!

The number of service sector jobs has risen in developed countries, more and more jobs have become sedentary, presenting a different array of health problems than those associated with manufacturing and the primary sector. Most back pain is the result of muscle strains or sprained ligaments and is resolved within about six weeks under a physician's care. Sometimes, however, back pain is the result of sitting or standing in one position too long, and some good stretches may alleviate the pain. If you have determined that your back pain isn't the result of an illness or injury, try a few of the following stretches. Thanks. Regards, http://weightlosspunch.com/
