SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS MAY PRODUCE VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WITH STORM TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS BETWEEN 1 AND 3 INCHES PROBABLE...AND ISOLATED HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE.
