We are hoping that you would consider being a sponsor for our 2nd
annual “Hit a Home Run for Autism” night. Tickets are $10/each and proceeds will
go to the Chicago Chapter. Here are our sponsorship levels.:
SINGLE ($250): Name or Company logo included on event
T-shirt, (and a total of 4 tickets to game)
DOUBLE ($500): Single package, plus name or
company getting announced during game and on scoreboard, total of (8 tickets to
game)

TRIPLE ($1000): Double package plus one of our unique game
day offers, (total of 12 tickets to game)
HOME RUN ($2000): Double package plus key signage at event,
and access to picnic area with 40 tickets and includes food

Unique game day offers (first come, first serve basis):
- Throw out first pitch
- Sing National Anthem
- Sing take me out to the ball game

- Sponsor the split the pot (being announced during game)
