Relay For Life of Tinley Park Kickoff Party

RELAY FOR LIFE OF TINLEY PARK KICKOFF PARTY

Friends, neighbors, caregivers and cancer survivors are coming together for an energizing celebration on Wednesday, February 9th from 6:30pm – 8:00 pm, at the Zion Lutheran Church in Tinley Park, IL to kick off the American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Tinley Park. Anyone who wishes to form a team, volunteer to help with planning the event, or wants to hear more about this event is encouraged to attend. Refreshments will be served.

Relay For Life is an overnight event to “Celebrate. Remember. Fight Back.”  The event celebrates the lives of those who have had cancer, remembers loved ones lost to the disease and rallies individuals to fight back against a disease that takes too much. Teams raise funds, before and during the event, to fight cancer. Relay For Life of Tinley Park will be held from 2:00pm, Saturday, June 4th to 6:00am, Sunday, June 5, 2011 at the Tinley Park High School located 6111 W. 175th Street in Tinley Park, IL.
