Last Chance to Bring Your Pooch to Centennial Park

Pack your pooch in the car this weekend and bring him or her to Centennial Park, where a dog-friendly event will raise money for PAWS Animal Shelter in Tinley Park.

Give your pups a chance to strut their stuff this weekend.

The May 20 is an annual event that benefits area homeless animals. Expect crafts, vendors, food, contests and a demo by Skydogz—a high-energy, frisbee catching group of dogs who put on a great show.

All well behaved, leashed dogs are welcome. Pay a $10 registration fee or $10 in pledges per dog. Microchipping will be available in exchange for a $20 donation. All proceeds will benefit in .
