Last Chance to Pull Your Lawn Chairs Out of Storage for Bulldogs Opening Day

If you're a busy mom or dad, we bet you're already planning your upcoming weekends. We're saving you the trouble this week by suggesting a great family-friendly activity that there's still time to make arrangements for.

This Sunday, April 15, the  with a serious bang.

Athletes will convene along Oak park Avenue for a parade that steps off at noon and ends at —where the Bulldogs call home. The event is free and family friendly.

Following an opening day ceremony on Guenzi Field, festivities will move over to the team's T-ball field, which was built two years ago. The field is being formally named "Patriot Field" in honor of those who have served our country. Current and former military servicemen and women are invited to attend the dedication, along with staff and officials.
