Community Update

Shame on TP for not either delaying or closing schools today. Almost a foot of snow on unplowed roads obviously isn't enough to close schools but cold temps are. Is anyone thinking of these kids trying to get to school-either in a bus with no seatbelts, teenagers driving to school with no experience driving in these hazardous conditions, or a parent risking getting in an accident to get their child to school-not worth it. i took it in to my own hands to call my son off school since TP did not delay or cancel classes. Shame on district 148 for making a poor judgement call.
