block party and bar's

finishing up-----they need's constant officer's on duty (they used to be on bike's about 9 yrs. ago) watching these big babies come out of the bar's..and don't let your kid's play in the fountain a majority use it as toilet at night..there is no reason that they can't have officer's up there..if I see a lot they can to and they have not much to do at night...they need to get out of the parking lot's talking to one another for hour's or discussing the sign's that were in the Alway's Open window about getting a new mayor...they other day they did get someone off the train for not paying and that took 4 cop car's an ambulance and cop car sat unlocked idle wasting gas for an hour..it's your money people we need to do something!!!!
