Suburban Youth Symphony Orchestra Auditions

Auditions for Suburban Youth Symphony Orchestra will continue through September and 1 st two weeks of October.
Auditions are held on Sundays from 2:00-3:00PM by appointment.
Audition requirements are two scales, two contrasting pieces (fast, slow) and sight reading.
Age requirements are 8-17 years .
Suburban Youth Symphony Orchestra is currently a string orchestra only and a 503c not for profit organization. Students attend weekly Sunday rehearsals from 4-5:30 PM. Students also receive enrichment experiences such as master classes, reduced prices to some area professional concerts, and professional coaching on chamber music. Students perform 3 times: Holiday concert, Chamber concert, and Spring Concert.
