71-Year-Old Drunken Driver Smashes Storefront
Gordon Fortier, 71, of Tinley Park, crashed his car into Tinley Market on Tuesday, police said, and was charged with DUI.
Gordon Fortier, 71, of Tinley Park, made a purchase at one of the stores in a strip mall on 80th Avenue on Tuesday, then got back in his car and drove it straight through the front window of a small grocery store in the plaza, Tinley Park police Cmdr. Steve Vaccaro said.
