Body, Wrecked Motorcycle Found Near I-80 Ramp in Tinley Park
The body was discovered Thursday around 9 a.m. Identification is pending fingerprint testing.
A body was discovered in a ditch near the I-80 westbound ramp at Harlem Avenue in Tinley Park, Illinois State Police said.
Authorities received reports of a dead body near the ramp around 9:25 a.m. Thursday. A motorcycle was also found nearby and removed from the scene.
It's unclear how long the body had been there, said Monique Bond, Media Relations for Illinois State Police. It appears the person had been involved in a single-vehicle crash.
Identification is pending fingerprint testing.
