Driver Reportedly Tells Police 'I'm Drunk. You Got Me'

Police pulled over a teenager this past weekend who they said was driving around with an opened case of Busch Light in his car and two cans of beer in his cup holders.

Police arrested an 18-year-old man Saturday who they said was cruising around Tinley in a red Toyota, making his way through a case of Busch Light.

When officers pulled over Kevin Quigley, 19, of the 8300 block of Brickstone Drive in Frankfort, they found an open case of Busch Light in the car and two open cans of Busch light in the front seat cup holders, according to the report. They stopped him around 2:10 a.m. while he was driving north in the 17300 block of Harlem Avenue in .

"I observed that the Toyota was swerving within its own lane of travel and rapidly accelerating and braking," the report said. "I further observed that the Toyota crossed the solid yellow line with both the driver's side front and rear tires on two separate occasions."

said Quigley told them he drank five or six beers before getting behind the wheel. His breath smelled like alcohol and his eyes were bloodshot and glossy, they said. 

He reportedly failed field sobriety tests and was arrested. While being taken to the , he told police, "I'm drunk. You got me," according to the report. Around 3 a.m., he allegedly blew a .117 on the Breathalyzer.

He was charged with improper lane use, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol, failure to wear a seat belt, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 and driving without a driver's license on his person. Bail was set at $3,000.
