The victim was walking through Nasebandt Park just before 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30, when he saw two men in jeans and dark hoodies sitting at a picnic table under a nearby pavilion, the report stated. That's when a third man wearing a Scream mask hit the victim on the left of his face and ordered him to give him his cell phone, the report continued.

The two men at the picnic table then got up and began hitting the victim, the report stated. During the attack, the victim threw his cell phone so the attackers wouldn't be able to take it, the report continued, adding that the victim said at least two other suspects joined the attack after that.

We've looked into a speed bump too. Make yourself a sign, call the Tinley Police and ask for theRead More electronic monitoring sign, call the village and complain, and be pro-active.
