Judge: Former TPHS Teacher Allowed to Leave State if Job Requires

A former Tinley Park High School teacher accused of having sex with a female student is allowed to travel out of state for work, a judge ruled Wednesday.
Ryan Dolan, 29, of Tinley Park resigned from his role as history teacher and head wrestling coach at the school March 11, following his arrest days earlier.
He is charged with four counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse from a position of trust and two counts of criminal sexual assault of a victim under the age of 18.

Dolan's attorney contended that Dolan should be permitted to travel to Wisconsin or Indiana, if required by his new construction job.
Dolan’s next appears in court April 24.
