Police Alert: Flasher Shows Penis to Woman at her Home

Local police are warning residents about a man who reportedly exposed himself to a woman who was arriving home early this morning to her residence on Elmore Court. The woman struck the man, according to an alert.

In light of an early morning flashing on Elmore Court,  are reminding residents to be cautious and report suspicious activity in their community.

A woman told police that around 4 a.m. June 5, she was approached in her garage in the 18100 block of Elmore Court by a man who exposed himself to her. She had just arrived home, police said.

The man ran from the area after the victim screamed and hit him. She was not physically injured, according to an alert about the incident that was issued shortly before 5 p.m. Tuesday.

The woman described the flasher as a light-skinned black man who was approximately 17 years old and 5 foot 6 inches tall. He had short hair, a thin build, "peach fuzz" above his lip and was wearing a large blue fleece jacket, a tan shirt and light-colored jeans. He might have been driving a light-colored, full size car, possibly a tan Ford Taurus, police said.
