$250 Pen and More Stolen From a Caddy

A sales manager at Rizza Cadillac, 8425 159th St., , said someone broke into his unlocked 2012 Cadillac SRX that was serving as a demo at the dealership. Missing was an $80 briefcase that contained two dealer plates, a Mont Blanc $250 pen, miscellaneous pictures, a garage door opener and a set of house keys, according to the report. The man said he believed the items were snagged between 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m.

Burglary to a Vehicle at LA Fitness

A woman called to report that around 10:15 a.m., someone smashed the front, passenger side window to her 2004 Chevrolet while it was parked in the lot at LA Fitness, 18400 Convention Center Drive in Tinley Park. Her Coach purse was stolen, the report said.

iPhone Stolen From Yes Asia

An employee at Yes Asia, 7101 W. 183rd St., Tinley Park, said that sometime between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m., someone stole her iPhone 4 from an office area of the restaurant. She didn't report the incident until Sept. 25 because she said she believed the phone would be returned, the report said.
