Bleeding Man Charged With Being Drunk
Paul D. Krummie, 25, of the 18100 block of South Sayre Avenue in Tinley Park, was arrested around 7:30 p.m. and charged with being a pedestrian under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Police said they found him walking in the middle of the roadway near his home, bleeding from his face. He told police he was in a fight earlier that night, according to the report. Trace Ambulance paramedics cleaned him up, police said, and although they recommended stitches, he refused treatment.

Surprise Lawnmower
A 23-year-old man told police that around 11:40 p.m., he heard a motor running outside his residence in the 17800 block of 66th Court in Tinley Park. He looked out the window to find a running riding lawn mower and saw people sprinting from his yard, police said. The lawn mower hadn't been reported missing, police said last week. It was towed from the home.
