Bleacher Missing

An owner of a business in the 17300 block of 65th Avenue in Park said that sometime between Aug. 1 and Aug. 21, someone stole the bench portion of an aluminum bleacher that was behind his garage.

Criminal Trespassing to a Residence

Drew T. Gray, 18, of the 19300 block of Fane Court in , was arrested around 2 p.m. at his home and charged with criminal trespassing to a residence and theft. His bail was set at $1,500.

SATURDAY, AUG. 20

Man Cruisin' on Flat Tires Charged with DUI

Dean R. Marinucci, 36, of the 16300 block of Oxford Drive in Tinley Park, was pulled over around 12:50 a.m. near the intersection of Ravinia Drive and Oak Park Avenue after police said they saw his blue Ford Escape strike the curb along Oak Park Avenue, flattening two of his tires. Marinucci continued driving on the flats and told police he was just trying to make it home, according to the report. He failed field sobriety tests, police said, and was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Felony Retail Theft

Robyn A. Johnson, 25, of the 10900 block of Normandy Avenue in Worth, and Samantha A. Romanowicz, 25, of the 10500 block of Fitzsimmons Drive in Palos Park, were arrested around 8:15 p.m. near the intersection of 159th Street and Harlem Avenue and charged with felony retail theft.

Man Lunges at Officer

William A. Dunn, 22, of the 7700 block of 160th Place in Tinley Park, was arrested around 2:45 a.m. at his home. Dunn lunged at an officer who was trying to quell a dispute, according to the police report. Police said they could smell alcohol on his breath. He was charged with resisting arrest and assault.

FRIDAY, AUG. 19

Boat and Trailer Stolen

A West 173rd Street resident called the cops after he realized that his motor boat and trailer—valued at $20,000—were stolen from his driveway. The man said he was out of town between 8 p.m. Aug. 17 and 9:30 a.m. Aug. 18 when the 18-foot Tracker Tahoe boat and 2009 Trailstar trailer were taken, according to the report. Several neighbors said they'd noticed a "For Sale" sign on the boat, which the victim said he hadn't placed on it. One neighbor said she saw a group of landscapers in their truck staring at the boat on Aug. 18. They didn't get out of the car, she said. The victim only requests that the boat and trailer be returned, according to the report.

Warrant for Possession of Paraphernalia

Jessica K. Dalsanto, 21, of the 14900 block of West 139th Street in Homer Glen, was arrested around 10:15 p.m. at the Olympia Fields Police Department on a warrant out of the for possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bail was set at $5,000.
