Possession of a Controlled Substance

Police said Linda A. Garcia, 35, of the 3000 block of Hopkins Street in Steger, was arrested around 1 a.m. in the 7800 block of West 183rd Street and charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

THURSDAY, SEPT. 15

Computer Tampering

Donald M. Ordonez, 41, of the 2900 block of East 200 Street in Sauk Village, was arrested around 9:40 p.m. in the 7800 block of West 183rd Street in Tinley Park and charged with computer tampering. His bail was set at $1,000.

Identity Theft

Marcus A. Teague, 33, of the 14900 block of South Wentworth Avenue in Dolton, was arrested around 5 p.m. in the 18400 block of Convention Center Drive in Tinley Park and charged with identity theft and unlawful use of credit cards.
