Police are looking for anyone with information on a burglary that happened at an Orland Park Dunkin Donuts some time between Sunday night and early Monday morning.
The Orland Park Police Department was called about a break in at Dunkin Donuts, 8940 W. 159th St., around 3:50 a.m., according to Orland Park Police Commander John Keating.
“An employee who arrived at work reported that the drive thru window had been broken,” Keating said.
Money was taken and damage was caused in the restaurant’s office area, Keating said. Officers found a rear door to the business was open.
The Dunkin Donuts was closed Monday morning while investigators examined the scene, but was open again for business as of 10 a.m.
Anyone with information on suspicious people or vehicles in the area Sunday night or early Monday morning should call the Orland Park Police Department at 708-349-4111.
