NEW LENOX — Tell-Tale Plop Lands Woman in Jail After Drug Test Turns Violent: Cops
A New Lenox woman charged with cheating a drug test last year was allegedly up to her old tricks again Tuesday, and this time she attacked the county employee paid to watch her pee in a cup, police said.

Christina Sepsis, 33, of 221 Haines Ave. was charged with aggravated battery and trying to foil or defeat a drug test in connection with the incident in the courthouse basement. Sepsis is on probation for a 2011 conviction for possession of methamphetamine.

Five Indiana men accused of battery and mob action for their involvement in the Ashford House attack case, are one step closer to a plea agreement as they wait for a sentencing recommendation from a Cook County judge.
John Tucker, 26; Cody Sutherlin, 23; Dylan Sutherlin, 20; Alex Stuck, 22; and Jason Sutherlin, 33, have been in custody since May. They are charged with mob action, armed violence, aggravated battery and criminal damage to property.
A pre-sentencing investigation wrapped up this week in Cook County Judge Carmen K. Aguilar's Bridgeview courtroom; if a deal offered by Aguilar isn't favorable to the men's defense team, the case will move forward.
The next court date has been set for Dec. 7.
ORLAND PARK — Arraignment Set for Orland Man on Child Porn Charges
Eric Holt, 28, is set to enter his plea on felony possession of child porn charges in a Bridgeview courtroom on Dec. 4. The Orland Park man was charged after police said they found images on his computer.
TINLEY PARK — Grabill Corp. Man Gets Continuance on Fraud Charges
William "Bill" Stoecker in connection to allegedly scamming a homeowner out of money that should have gone to repairs. Stoecker, 54, who spent time in federal prison after being convicted of bank fraud in the 1990s, is set to be back in a Bridgeview courtroom on Dec. 11.

NEW LENOX — Man Charged in Fatal DUI Makes First Pre-Trial Appearance
Kevin Krohn, 22, of New Lenox, made his first pre-trial appearance in Will County Circuit Court on charges of aggravated DUI in connection with the death of a Manhattan man. The case against Krohn was continued until 9:30 am. Dec. 18 at the courthouse.

NEW LENOX — New Lenox Township Murder Case Gets Pushed Back
A Chicago man jailed more than a year on murder charges made a brief court appearance Nov. 5. By agreement of both the prosecuting attorney and the defense, the case of Rodney Julun has been pushed back four months. The trial date was set for March 18, 2013.
Julun allegedly beat 59-year-old Dwight Jones to death in June 2011. Jones and Julun met on Chicago's South Side, police said, and Jones invited him back to his home for a drink.
