2013 Election: CCSD 146 Incumbents, Newcomers Team Up for Board Seats

Incumbents and newcomers are mixing it up, as six vie for four spots on the seven-member board of education.

Six candidates are vying for four, four-year spots on the seven-member CCSD 146 Board of Education. 

Newcomer Vince Aiello joins incumbents John Carey, Denis Ryan and Julie Jackson, running as "4 for the Future of 146." Incumbent Amy Connolly and newcomer Tim Frederickson run together as "Planning for Progress."

CCSD 146 serves 2,400 kingergarten through eighth-grade students among its five schools: Central Middle School, Fierke Education Center, Fulton School, Kruse Education Center and Memorial School. Dr. Jeff Stawick is superintendent.
